To download ringtones, wallpaper or games, text messaging and mobile web (data) services must be enabled on your phone. Supported carriers in USA and Canada only.

(Hint: While mobile web is a monthly charge on your carrier bill, if you only want specific content and do not see yourself downloading on a regular basis, you can ask your carrier to turn on mobile web and text messaging for a day. You will be charged for the data download time.)

To Download Ringtones
Your phone needs to be compatible with real tones. This means your ringtones sound like real music, not tinny or computery. Most phones purchased in the last few years have this capability.

To download a ringtone
You can preview any sound by clicking on the loudspeaker icon in the "listen" column.

1. Select a ringtone you want to buy by clicking in the "buy" box in the column next to each ringtone.
2. Scroll down and click "get tones".
3. On the next screen, select your payment method - credit card or paypal. Click "continue".
4. Check your phone model. There's a pulldown box to see whether the phone model is supported. (Hint: your phone model is etched into the phone in the battery case). You can also check your phone compatibility with the provided test ringtone for free.
5. Select your carrier, and type in your phone number and e-mail address (You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchase from our partner, Xingtone).
6. Complete your payment information and click "checkout". (The security code for Visa and Mastercard is the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For American Express, it's the four digits on the front of the card).
7. The ringtone is delivered to your cellphone in a text message.
8. Open the text message, and complete the download instructions for your handset.

To Download Wallpaper

1. Since handsets come in many different screen sizes, first select your handset manufacturer and model. Please be patient as the phone images load.
2. Select your carrier and type In your phone number. Click "continue".
3. Crop and edit your selected image. When you are satisfied, click "get wallpaper".
4. Type in the text message on your phone and send.
5. You will receive a text message asking you to confirm your purchase. Type "yes" and send.
6. You will receive the wallpaper to your handset.
7. Follow the download instructions for your phone.
8. Your wallpaper purchase will appear on your cell phone bill.

To Download Games

1. Click on a game image for a description of the game, sample screens and a list of compatible phones.
2. Click "purchase".
3. On the checkout screen, enter your cell phone number, carrier, phone model and e-mail address.
4. Click "order".
5. You will receive a text message to your handset.
6. Follow the download instructions for your phone.
7. Your game purchase will appear on your cell phone bill.
